By car:
From Geneva, motorway A9 exit Sierre-Est, follow Salgesch/Salquenen then Sportfit
From Brig, take the cantonal road and follow Salgesch, then Sportfit.
By train:
From Geneva, stop in Sierre, then regional train to Salgesch/Salquenen station or bus number 421 "Sierre-Salgesch-Varen", stop Swiss Plage.
From Brig, stop in Leuk/Loèche, then regional train to Salgesch/Salquenen.
